Abraxas is a variable font from Lena Weber's x*y Monomodular foundry in which letterforms transition into abstract squares as the variable axes are pushed. Both uppercase and lowercase Latin are covered, built on a 600×600-unit modular grid with adjustable stretch and curve parameters. At readable settings it functions as a display face; at extremes it becomes a pattern generator.
