Titular specimen from Latinotype

A condensed sans-serif family in 28 styles, reviving the spirit of old wood types with a Latin American character across two subfamilies.

About

Designed by Bruno Jara and produced by the Latinotype Team, Titular draws on the visual energy of nineteenth-century wood type, adapted for contemporary display use. Its two subfamilies – Titular and Titular Alt – each span seven weights with matching italics, giving designers a broad palette for headlines, magazines, logotypes and posters. The condensed proportions keep it tight and impactful at large sizes.

Classification

Condensed sans-serif with wood type heritage, presenting a display-oriented character suited to headlines and logotypes. The revival spirit of old wood types places it in the grotesque condensed tradition.
