Romeo specimen from Latinotype

A condensed unicase display family designed as a companion to Paula Nazal Selaive's Julieta, built around swashes, ligatures and ornamental accessories for decorative composition.

About

Romeo pairs with Julieta through a shared condensed, unicase structure that allows upper and lowercase letterforms to be mixed freely, supported by alternates, swashes and endings. The Pro version offers 810 glyphs, while the Essential version trims this to 247 for more straightforward use. A separate Ornaments font supplies connectors, catchwords and decorative marks to complete the display system.

Classification

A condensed, unicase display family with swashes, ligatures and alternates that blend upper and lowercase letterforms in a romantic, decorative script-influenced style. The ornamental companions and catchwords reinforce its display classification.
