Scope specimen from Jonas Pelzer

A monolinear geometric sans built on a strict systematic logic, pairing rounded closed forms with angular open forms across three weights and three widths, including a variable font.

About

Scope's construction follows a deliberate rule: closed letterforms are rounded, open ones are angular. This internal tension prevents the family from reading as purely mechanical, lending it a degree of warmth despite its systematic origins. Nine static styles span Light, Medium and Bold in Condensed, Regular and Expanded widths, supported by a variable font with weight and width axes.

Classification

A monolinear geometric sans built on a strict systematic construction, with rounded closed forms contrasted against angular open forms. The consistent stroke width and geometric discipline place it firmly in the geometric sans category.
