Cutmark was designed by Jason Vandenberg at J Foundry in 2021, built around chamfered corners, flattened ink traps and wide apex forms that give it a distinctly mechanical quality. The superfamily covers Regular, Condensed and Narrow widths, each with 10 weights and matching italics for 60 styles in total, alongside a variable font spanning weight, width and slant axes. OpenType alternates include angled and straight character sets, single-storey 'a', hooked 'l' and an alternate 'I' form.
