MegaMegaTypeType
A retro geometric display sans with wide round forms and tight spacing, mixing Kabel's quirks with Avant Garde's ligature-heavy swagger.
About
Sugarspark takes its cues from Kabel, Avant Garde and Bauhaus lettering, then pushes them towards space-age kitsch. Wide circular forms, a tall x-height and tight spacing give headlines a bright, buzzy rhythm, and flat and angled terminals keep it from feeling too polite. Seven weights run from Hairline to Poster, with round alternates, ligature sets and a Cyrillic that leans handwritten.
