FF Magda Clean Mono keeps the fixed widths and stubby serifs of an office typewriter but drops the ink spread, giving tidy, softly rounded letters. The Bold and Black weights are unusually heavy for a typewriter design, which makes them useful for headlines as well as captions. It works for editorial design, identities and anything that wants a documentary, typed feel.

Monospaced member of the FF Magda family, which began as Cornel Windlin's 1995 typewriter-inspired display face.
