A super-bold display sans by Marcus Sterz, conceived as an extreme take on Gill Sans and packed with OpenType alternates enabling bubbly, Art Deco and other stylistic variants.
About
Two styles – Regular and Italic – come loaded with alternate glyph sets accessible via OpenType features, including a Bubbly Look, Art Deco Look and multiple alternate letterforms for individual characters. This makes the family unusually flexible for a single-weight display face, covering branding scenarios that would normally require separate typefaces. Language coverage extends across Latin, Cyrillic and Greek.
Classification
A super-bold, single-weight display sans inspired by Gill Sans but pushed to extremes. The geometric, heavy proportions and extensive alternate glyph sets place it firmly in the display category rather than a functional text grotesque.
