About
Rigaldon takes its name from the Deberny & cie foundry's Giraldon series, based on drawings by Adolphe Giraldon, a French illustrator closely associated with the Art Nouveau movement. The revival was originally commissioned for use in reprinted French classic novels and is available only in capitals, drawn as faithfully as possible to the historical source material. Organic forms, ornamental curves and a strong period character make it suitable for formal invitations, heritage publishing and vintage-themed branding.
