MegaMegaTypeType
A bold, bubbly display font with wavy, rounded letterforms aimed at playful graphic design applications such as packaging, logos and headers.
About
Hopalope comes in two styles – a standard and a bubble variant – both built around soft, groovy curves and an exaggerated rounded character. The design targets display-scale use, making it unsuitable for body text but serviceable for branding, packaging and editorial headers where a lighthearted aesthetic is required. At two styles and a single weight, the family has limited range.
Classification
A bold, rounded display face with exaggerated bubble and wavy letterforms, firmly in the novelty display category with no structural relationship to text typography traditions.
