MegaMegaTypeType
A single bold-weight display face with an extensive set of discretionary double-letter ligatures, designed for headlines and branding work across a broad range of Latin-script languages.
About
Astronoma is offered in one weight – Bold – and distinguishes itself through a set of discretionary ligatures pairing repeated and adjacent letterforms such as AA, LA, NN, OO and TT in both upper and lowercase combinations. The character set covers Western and Central European languages with Latin Extended-A support. Its single-weight, display-only scope positions it as a focused tool for logotype and titling work rather than extended text.
Classification
A single-weight bold display face with discretionary ligatures including double-letter combinations (AA, LA, NN, OO, TT etc.), suggesting a geometric or stylised aesthetic suited to headlines and branding rather than text use.
