A neo-grotesque spanning nine widths and nine weights that adapts its vertical proportions as widths narrow, resulting in 162 static styles plus variable font options.
About
Conceived in response to the atmosphere of contemporary art museums and exhibition spaces, the family stretches from hairline Thin to ultra-heavy Dense and from severely Squeezed to expansively Grand. Vertical proportions shift with width: narrow cuts raise the x-height and shorten extenders to permit tighter spacing, while normal and wide cuts retain a conventional x-height suited to text setting. OpenType features include case-sensitive forms, stylistic alternates for a, g, r, G and R, tabular figures, fractions and slashed zero.
Classification
A clean neo-grotesque with low stroke contrast, drawing from the Swiss grotesque tradition but pushed to extremes across nine widths and nine weights, becoming almost ornamental at its most compressed or expanded cuts.
