Copperplate New

An expanded copperplate gothic family spanning 45 styles across five widths, six weights and three decorative subfamilies including inline and shadow treatments.
About
Copperplate New takes the familiar small-serif, all-capitals copperplate gothic form and stretches it into a systematic family with widths from Condensed to Wide and weights from Hair to Black. Three decorative subfamilies – Inline A, Inline B and Shadow – each mirror the full width range, giving designers a layered toolkit suited to formal branding, certificates and editorial display work. The absence of italics reflects the genre's all-caps convention.
Classification
A revival and expansion of the copperplate gothic genre, characterised by small serifs on otherwise sans-like letterforms rendered in all-caps. The family extends far beyond the traditional two-weight copperplate format with five widths, six weights, inline variants and shadow styles.
