Designed by Murathan Biliktu, BM Erkin takes the visual vocabulary of psychedelic rock poster and album art from the 1960s and 1970s as its primary reference. The family comes in two subfamilies – standard and Flare – each available in Light and Regular weights, with the Flare variant adding ornamental stroke terminals for a more period-authentic flavour. As a variable typeface it offers interpolation across the weight axis whilst retaining its eccentric, decorative personality.
