A geometric sans that borrows its bones from Jenson's roman, with a strange early-style italic.
About
Goetia crosses a Venetian roman with the circles and straight lines of Futura and Johnston, and the hybrid comes out pleasantly weird. The italic follows early italic types rather than slanting the roman. Version 0.1 has five weights and a limited Western European character set, with a 'Goetia No. 2' variant planned.
Classification
Jenson's roman reimagined through geometric modernism (Futura, Johnston, Granby), monolinear, with an equally odd take on early italics. Stylistic sets of alternates in the roman.
