Onamura blends rounded serifs rooted in Gothic romance decorative lettering with the dynamic curves of architectural Art Nouveau (1880–1915) and the compositional sensibility of Japanese Ukiyo-e printmaking. The family spans ten weights from Light to Black, covering over 850 glyphs with broad Latin multilingual support across Western, Central and Southeastern European languages. OpenType features include small caps, discretionary ligatures, fractions, stylistic alternates across ten sets and case-sensitive forms.
