Redesigned by Matt Scott Barnes in 2024, BTC Diamond Wood takes its cues from the intricate letterforms of antique wood type, specifically the Diamond Wooden Type Works tradition. The defining feature is the diamond-shaped serif, which gives the typeface a distinctive period character that sets it apart from generic wood type revivals. Released for free at version 1.0, the family currently comprises a single weight.
