Kefrany
Babelfont · Brahim Boucheikha, Gia Tran, Jean-Baptiste Pernette, Étienne Guégano

A near-monoline sans-serif spanning Latin, Arabic and Tifinagh scripts in seven weights, designed for corporate and digital applications where legibility takes precedence.
About
Kefrany's uniform stroke weight and slightly organic proportions give it a restrained, industrial character suited to signage, branding and digital interfaces. The family covers three scripts – Latin, Arabic and Tifinagh – each available in seven weights from Thin to Black, with Arabic licences bundling all three scripts together. Four designers collaborated on the project, produced by Babelfont with graphic design by Léo Rosina.
Classification
Near-monoline sans-serif with uniform strokes and slightly organic proportions, consistent with a geometric or neo-grotesque approach. Designed for neutrality and legibility across Latin, Arabic and Tifinagh scripts.
