About
Toshna is a bookish Garalde with separate cuts for text, mid sizes and display. The Book weights are wide with strong details and enlarged punctuation for running text; the Display is narrow, thin and graceful. It follows Tschoertner-Antiqua, one of the first new text faces made in the GDR.
Classification
A classic Garalde book face with three true optical sizes. The Book cut is wide and sturdy for text, the Display cut narrow and fine for titles, which is the old-style optical-size model.
