A digital revival of Heinz Koenig's 1928 Alarm, a chunky Interwar advertising face from the Trennert foundry.

About

Alarm was Trennert's 1928 answer to Berthold's Fanfare, drawn by Heinz Koenig and never digitised until 2017. Andreas Seidel redrew it for Fust & Friends from specimens and a 2016 printing session with 72pt metal, adding an international Latin set and modern signs. It now lives at astype after that micro foundry closed.
