Sonic Fraktur specimen from 6TM Magazine

A sharp-edged single-weight blackletter by Alexander Raffl, designed for logos, posters and album covers with an industrial, acid-tinged aesthetic.

About

Sonic Fraktur applies fraktur forms to a bold, industrial design language – sharp edges and a deliberately confrontational look. Its 36-glyph set covers basic Latin letters and numerals only, limiting it to short headline work. Best used where attitude matters more than typographic breadth.

Classification

Single-weight blackletter in the fraktur tradition, reinterpreted with sharp, industrial edges and an acid aesthetic. Limited to 36 glyphs covering basic Latin letters and numerals. Display-only use case with no text weight or extended character support.
