Nolune
6TM Magazine · Alex Ortiga

A single-weight blackletter display script by Alex Ortiga, designed for dark fantasy use – game titles, album art and occult packaging – with hooked terminals and deliberately eroded stroke weights.
About
Nolune draws on blackletter tradition and layers in organic extensions, hooked terminals and stroke weights that shift between sharp precision and rough decay. It was developed alongside an unreleased dark fantasy tabletop RPG rooted in Northern Italian folklore, and that specificity of origin shows in the letterforms. With 61 glyphs and one style, its range is narrow: atmospheric display work only.
Classification
Single-weight blackletter-derived display script with organic detailing – hooked terminals, variable stroke weights that shift between razor sharpness and rough erosion. 61 glyphs covering uppercase and lowercase Latin only. Clearly a display-only face; not suited to body text.
