Neobleed takes modular construction and maps it onto blackletter tradition, keeping the characteristic lowercase serifs of Gothic scripts while stripping away any historical reverence. The design presents itself as raw and complex by intent, treating the dark connotations of the Gothic label as a feature. At 70 glyphs covering basic Latin, numerals and punctuation, it is strictly a display face with narrow practical range.
