About
403 Masonec is a geometric display sans-serif with an industrial character drawn from brutalist architecture and transit signage. Its grid-locked construction and circular counterforms give letterforms a near-monospaced rhythm that reads with force at large sizes. Two styles – Regular and Slant – cover 270+ Latin-based languages across a 542-glyph set that includes diacritics, ligatures, alternates and symbols.
Classification
Modular geometric sans-serif with a brutalist character; grid-based vertical construction and circular counterforms give it a near-monospaced rhythm. The Slant variant is a mechanical oblique, not a true italic. Draws explicitly from industrial signage and brutalist architecture.
