Borneo Amber was released in October 2025 by Azzam Ridhamalik of Zarma Type, a small foundry based in Sukoharjo, Central Java. The face is all-caps only, built on confident geometric structure with curves that read as both industrial and approachable. The Rough variant adds distressed texture for labels, posters and retro signage, while the Clean style suits more polished brand applications.
