YouWorkForThem's house grotesque, available in nine weights plus a variable font, with a 2026 update bringing redrawn letterforms, a near-complete kerning rework and over 610 glyphs including Greek and Vietnamese.
About
Designed in-house as the typeface behind YouWorkForThem's own identity, YWFT Headliner draws from classic event and display typography while remaining practical for digital interfaces. It occupies a middle ground between rigid geometric grotesques and warmer humanist cuts, with letterforms that read as neutral at text sizes and more expressive in headlines and logotype work. The 2026 revision reduced node counts by up to 40%, reorganised alternates into Stylistic Sets and added alternate numeral forms for 2, 3, 6 and 9.
Classification
A grotesque sans-serif sitting between geometric and humanist traditions, wider and more open than Futura-style geometrics, with subtle quirks that become more expressive at display scale. The 2026 update refined core letterforms and extended OpenType feature support.
