About

Outward Block set out to remove white space from capital letters altogether, pushing toward solid black type instead of the balanced grey typographers usually aim for. Raoul Audouin extended the idea into Round and Borders variants, each reworking the same dense geometry differently, with support reaching Cyrillic as well as Latin.

Classification

Originally capitals-only, drawn to erase white space and push toward solid black rather than the even grey typographers usually chase. Block, Round and Borders variants extend the same idea in different directions, with Cyrillic support alongside Latin.
