EnclavAcadam specimen from Typothèque Bye Bye Binary

A display typeface developed from historical letterform research by three students at isdaT, integrating the Acadam system during a Bye Bye Binary workshop at the erg in 2022.

About

EnclavAcadam grew out of an exploration of historical manuscripts and early writing models, with the aim of exhuming and reactivating them as new typographic characters. Hugo Amenouche later unified the design using the Acadam system in a workshop led by Bye Bye Binary. The result is a historically informed display face produced within a queer and inclusive typographic practice.
