Dejecta specimen from Typogama

A rough, ragged titling face by Michael Parson with extensive OpenType alternates for varied letter combinations.

About

Released in December 2011, Dejecta pairs deliberately irregular, textured letterforms with a broad set of OpenType features designed to avoid repetition across headline text. Its single Regular weight covers ISO Latin-1 and is available in OTF and WOFF2 formats. The typeface is also distributed through t26.com.

Classification

A deliberately distressed, rough-edged display typeface intended for titling use. Its irregular, ragged letterforms and extensive OpenType alternates place it firmly in the decorative display category with no structural affinity to any classical type genre.
