Conica specimen from Typogama

A single-weight, heavy condensed headline face by Michael Parson that pits tight counters against softened curves for striking typographic contrast.

About

Released in February 2021, Conica is designed for high-impact headline use, drawing tension from the interplay between dark, compressed letterforms and gently curved strokes. A single Regular weight is accompanied by OpenType features including small capitals, stylistic alternates and ligatures. Extended Latin glyph coverage supports the majority of Latin-based European languages.
