Derived from the Karben 205 family, this monospaced variant adapts the parent's even, lozenge-driven letterforms to a fixed-width grid. The challenge of fitting characters of highly variable natural width – such as i and m – into a uniform cell produces a deliberately odd visual balance the designer describes as odd in a good way. Five weights from Light to Black make it usable across tabulated data, technical documentation and code contexts.
