Dr Sugiyama Pro shares its origin with Dr Carbfred Pro in the Charles Bluemlein Script Collection, assembled from professional New York hand letterers' signatures before that trade was replaced by photo and digital lettering. Sudtipos expanded it into a modern digital format for invitations and stationery.
