Excelsor Script

Storm Type Foundry · František Štorm

scriptlithographic connecting script
Excelsor Script specimen from Storm Type Foundry

A flowing, lithographic script cut in two optical sizes for labels and headlines alike.

About

Excelsor Script takes its cue from scripts produced by lithography rather than engraving, giving it a softer, simpler feel than Storm's own engraved Splendid Script. Its letters narrow slightly to save space on a line, and two optical grades cover everything from small labels to large display.

Classification

A connecting calligraphic script, distinct from the blackletter and display faces in the rest of this batch.
