Kicker offers seven discrete styles built for stacking: inline, outline, double inline, thinline, light, regular and bold. The variable font extends this further by allowing custom control over inline and outline stroke widths in Illustrator and Photoshop. A sporty character runs through the letterforms, reflecting both the neon signage of Portland's Roseway Theater and the competitive spirit of the local design community.
