Rachele
Resistenza Type · Giuseppe Salerno, Paco González · 2014

A monoline calligraphic script in the Spencerian tradition, released by Resistenza Type in three subfamilies and five widths, with Cyrillic support and extensive OpenType features.
About
Rachele is a monoline calligraphic script designed by Giuseppe Salerno and Paco González, drawing on Italian Bella Scrittura handwriting and Spencerian penmanship. The superfamily spans three subfamilies – standard, Noodle and Ribbon – each available across five widths (Ultra Condensed to Super Extended), with ligatures, swashes, alternates, small caps and ornaments throughout. Cyrillic coverage and 37-language Latin support give it broader reach than most scripts in its category. Use cases centre on wedding stationery, packaging, brand logos and greeting cards.
Classification
Monoline script inspired by Italian Bella Scrittura handwriting and Spencerian penmanship. No stroke contrast – the mono-weight line is its defining trait. Ships in three distinct subfamilies (standard, Noodle, Ribbon) across five widths from Ultra Condensed to Super Extended. Includes ligatures, swashes, alternates, small caps and ornaments. Cyrillic support puts it ahead of most scripts in language coverage.
