Quaderno merges Italian Bella Scrittura with French script traditions into a connected, monolinear upright letterform that reads as both vernacular and considered. The numeric weight system – from 2 to 33 – gives fine-grained control over stroke thickness, while the Calligraphic and Noodle sub-families extend the range into flat-nib and expressive territory. Its natural home is children's books, educational materials, and display headlines where a handwritten warmth is the point.
