About
Lafleur translates the foliate, curvilinear detailing of Turin's late 19th-century Stile Liberty architecture into type. Designed by Giuseppe Salerno and Paco González and released in 2023, the family spans just two widths with no weight range. It works at headline scale for book covers, fashion packaging and editorial contexts where period ornamentation is the point.
Classification
Ornamental display face with strong Liberty/Art Nouveau character. Two width variants only (Regular and Wide); no weight spectrum. Letterforms reference curvilinear, foliate detailing from late 19th-century Italian Stile Liberty architecture. No italic cut.
