Guess What
Resistenza Type · Giuseppe Salerno, Paco González · 2021

A felt-tip marker display family of four styles – Regular, Inline, Papercut and Shadow – built to be layered, with OpenType randomisation cycling through five hand-sketched glyph sets to reduce mechanical repetition.
About
Guess What is drawn from five sets of letterforms sketched with a felt-tip marker, giving the family a genuinely casual, handmade character. OpenType code alternates between glyph variants automatically, sidestepping the copy-paste regularity that exposes most digital handwriting faces. The four styles are designed to stack on top of one another, producing illustrated headline effects suited to book covers, packaging and children's content.
Classification
Felt-tip marker handwriting family designed as a four-style layerable system. Not a utility typeface; suited to decorative headlines and packaging. OpenType alternation cycles through five sets of hand-sketched glyphs to reduce mechanical repetition.
