Groupie
Resistenza Type · Giuseppe Salerno, Paco González · 2020

A two-style psychedelic display face that blends Art Nouveau liberty lettering with the fevered energy of 1970s concert poster typography, built for headline work where period mood is the point.
About
Groupie draws on curvilinear Art Nouveau forms and the overloaded drama of 1970s psychedelic poster type, conceived as a tribute to groupie culture. It ships in two styles – Regular and Gloss – with an OpenType panel of alternative glyphs and a built-in icon set. The use case is deliberately narrow: large-scale headlines for music, fashion or countercultural projects where the retro aesthetic is the brief.
Classification
Liberty Art Nouveau lettering fused with 1970s psychedelic poster typography. High-contrast decorative display face with curvilinear forms, OpenType alternate glyph set, and a built-in icon collection. Two stylistic variants rather than a conventional weight range.
