A single-weight Black display face drawing on woodcut and craft traditions, with blocky letterforms shaped by the interplay of positive and negative space.
About
Bold, carved letterforms are built from a balance of straight segments, curves and deliberate cuts, producing an energetic quality suited to large-scale typesetting. Terminals blend low-contrast humanist forms with ball-terminal echoes, visible in letters such as C, S and a, while sharp pinch points visually lock adjacent characters together. The result is a cohesive face that performs well both at headline scale and in densely set display paragraphs.
Classification
A single-weight display typeface with bold, blocky letterforms drawn from woodcut and craft traditions. Despite sans-serif foundations, it incorporates humanist terminals with ball-terminal echoes, placing it firmly in display territory rather than functional sans-serif.
