Lima draws on the distorted, emotionally charged letterforms associated with Northern European Expressionism, a movement that shaped both poetry and visual art from the early 1900s. Javier Quintana Godoy channels that tradition through its particular resonance in Chilean vernacular signage of the 1970s. The family is currently in beta, with a complete structural design across seven weights but an incomplete glyph set and kerning.
