About
Designed by Stefan Hattenbach, Graficz takes its name and form from the word 'Graficz' found on a Polish catalog cover made by I. Rubin in 1936. The original light, capital-only letterforms have been expanded with lowercase, standard punctuation and additional characters to make the family practically usable. Four styles – Normal, Oblique, Bold and Bold Oblique – include Stylistic Alternates, ligatures and broad Central European language support.
