Eidetic Neo Pro covers Western and Central European characters alongside a full suite of typographic features: smallcaps, proportional and tabular oldstyle and lining figures, smallcaps figures, scientific superiors and inferiors, automatic fractions and ornaments. The two italic styles add a set of 's' ligatures. The family is available as six individual fonts or as a complete package.
Classification
The name and glyph samples suggest a humanist sans-serif with organic, slightly informal letterforms. The presence of italics (not obliques), oldstyle figures and extensive OpenType features points to a text-oriented humanist design rather than a geometric or grotesque model.
