Designed by RXC as an exclusive typeface for a software developer, Adaptive Mono's 'variable serif' approach lets characters adapt naturally to their fixed-width constraints without sacrificing legibility. A subtle humanist quality offsets the technical rigidity of the monospaced format. The family ships in four styles — Regular, Oblique, Bold and Bold Oblique — and covers Western and Eastern European character sets.
