A bespoke two-family system created for Sary App in 2019, pairing a sans-serif text face with a serif headline cut across Arabic and Latin scripts.

About

Designed by Ibrahim Hamdi and Abdo Mohamed, the Sary typefaces were built to translate the app's brand identity directly into its user interface. The system covers Arabic, Latin, Hindi, Urdu and Farsi numerals. A year of post-project support followed the January 2020 completion to ensure stable deployment.

Classification

The family comprises both a sans-serif text face and a serif display face, designed as a unified system rooted in brand identity; the sans-serif is the primary text cut and drives the overall classification.
