MegaMegaTypeType
A 17-style serif family from Ben Jones released in January 2019, forming part of a modest but considered independent type catalogue.
About
Amrys is one of the more substantial releases from Protimient, Ben Jones's independent type foundry, spanning 17 styles. It sits alongside a small portfolio of text and display typefaces developed over two decades. Little additional technical detail is available from the foundry page.
Classification
Described as a serif family with 17 styles released in 2019; without further detail from the page, the breadth of styles and the foundry's portfolio context suggest a text-oriented transitional or humanist serif design.
