Santhor specimen from Propertype Fonts

A high-contrast sans-serif family spanning 141 styles across seven weights, five widths and two subfamilies, with a variable font included.

About

Santhor pairs high stroke contrast inspired by transitional type with a distinctly sans-serif structure, offering both a standard and a softer 'Soft' subfamily. As weights increase, bulging stems and slanted terminals become more pronounced, while lighter cuts employ optical correction for a warmer texture. The 141-style family covers condensed through expanded widths, with italic and oblique variants throughout, and includes a variable font version.

Classification

Described as a high-contrast sans inspired by transitional and contemporary typefaces, with bulging stems and variable stroke contrast across weights. Despite the serif-like contrast modulation, it remains a sans-serif family.
