MegaMegaTypeType
A display serif from Playtype, conceived for large-scale headline and editorial use with expressive, high-contrast character.
About
De Archie Display is a high-contrast serif built for headlines and editorial contexts where presence at large sizes matters. The name and framing suggest a typeface with a strong individual character, suited to publishing, campaign and cultural projects. Limited technical detail is available from the foundry page, but the Display designation signals it is optimised for single-line or short-form setting rather than extended reading.
Classification
Named 'Display' in its title and characterised by expressive, high-contrast letterforms suited to large-scale editorial and headline use rather than continuous text.
