MegaMegaTypeType
A 22-style monospaced and duospaced type system by Alexander Lubovenko, released by ParaType in 2018 and designed for coding, UI and signage applications.
About
Clincher spans five subfamilies covering Mono, Mono Wide (in four width variants), Duo, Code and Code Alt, each available in regular and bold weights with italics where applicable. Its monospaced structure makes it suited to programming interfaces and technical contexts, while distinctive letterforms and alternate glyphs extend its usefulness to advertising and wayfinding. The Duo subfamily introduces duospaced proportions, a less common approach that accommodates mixed-character environments.
Classification
Designed specifically for coding and UI, Clincher is a monospaced and duospaced type system with multiple subfamilies including Code, Mono and Duo variants, placing it firmly in the mono category.
