A Japanese handwriting font with a slightly childlike charm and joined-up Latin.
About
Moineau is drawn by hand across more than 8,000 characters, from kana and kanji to Latin, symbols and emoji. Its strokes keep a loose, innocent wobble, and its 200-plus ligatures link Latin letters like a pen moving across paper. It suits book covers, captions and anything that wants a personal note.
Classification
A handwritten Japanese face covering kana, kanji (JIS levels 1 and 2, IBM extensions, name kanji) and Latin, with over 200 ligatures that join the Latin like cursive. Variable, with three named instances (100, 150, 200).
